Established in January 2024 ,lkhaya Elitsha Foundation is an initiative to help and support children, youth and families living with autism and Victims of Gender Abuse, people living with disabilities and youth who commit social and petty crimes around their communities and people living in adverse poverty conditions. lkhaya Elitsha Foundation will identify vulnerable children, youth that are out of school and families within the community with the aim of providing them with emotional, social support, entrepreneurship and skills development opportunities. Ikhaya Elitsha Foundation will work hand in hand with other NGO’s, CBO’s, Religious bodies, Government structures in alleviating the plight of children, youth and families affected by Gender Base Violence in their society.

Residents of Khayelitsha and its surroundings can now come and receive positive and life transformational programmes of the Non-Profit Organisation that works to seek to change the township and rural society of urban living by marginalised and disadvantage communities in all the council wards and informal settlements where people reside.
